Description: 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bexar and Comal. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 649 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Antonio, New Braunfels, Schertz, Selma, Canyon Lake Dam, San Antonio Int Airport, Canyon Lake, Fair Oaks Ranch, Bulverde, Garden Ridge, Hollywood Park, Smithson Valley, Spring Branch, Timberwood Park, Fischer, Guadalupe River State Park, Bergheim, Hill Country Village, Startzville and Sattler. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
