Description: 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following county, Bexar. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 647 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Antonio, San Antonio Int Airport, Leon Valley, Helotes, Alamo Heights, Shavano Park, Hollywood Park, Cross Mountain, Olmos Park, The Dominion, Leon Springs, Government Canyon State Natural Area, Sea World, Timberwood Park, Castle Hills, Balcones Heights, Hill Country Village, Grey Forest, Fiesta Texas and Scenic Oaks. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
