Description:
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
county, Bexar.
* WHEN...Until 945 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become
impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 642 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
San Antonio, San Antonio Int Airport, Leon Valley, Helotes,
Alamo Heights, Shavano Park, Hollywood Park, Cross Mountain,
Olmos Park, The Dominion, Leon Springs, Government Canyon
State Natural Area, Sea World, Timberwood Park, Castle Hills,
Balcones Heights, Hill Country Village, Grey Forest, Fiesta
Texas and Scenic Oaks.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
