Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following county, Medina. * WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 243 AM CDT, Between 4 and 13 inches of rain had fallen over the past 24 hours with up to an inch in portions of the warned area within the past 3 hours. Several roads continue to feature standing water and multiple water rescues occurred yesterday. Any additional rain and heavier rain farther upstream on local creeks and river stems could become more swollen across the warned area. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hondo, Devine, Castroville, Natalia, Lacoste, New Fountain, Quihi, Dunlay, D'Hanis, Bader, Biry, Yancey, Noonan, Rio Medina, Mico, Pearson, Hill Country State Natural Area, Cliff, Government Canyon State Natural Area and Lake Medina Shores. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
