Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southern Runnels County in west central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows
over low-water crossings.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 304 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain of up to 2
inches has fallen in the advisory area due to thunderstorms.
Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area.

Ballinger, Miles, Hatchel, Rowena, Benoit and Ballinger Lake.
