* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Coleman County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 158 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall rates of over 2 inches per hour due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rockwood, Gouldbusk, Whon, Us-283 Near The Mcculloch-Coleman County Line and Shields. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... crossings along County Road 302 and County Road 222 crossing Home Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
