* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Central and Eastern Brown County in west central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 230 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,
along with street flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1223 AM CDT, radar indicated a cluster of showers and
thunderstorms with heavy rain moving slowly south across Brown
County. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in
the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Brownwood, Early, Bangs, Blanket, Lake Brownwood State Park, Camp
Bowie, Byrds, Lake Brownwood, Lake Brownwood Near Thrifty,
Zephyr, Grosvenor, Owens and Thrifty.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
