* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Hill County in central Texas... Southern Ellis County in north central Texas... Southeastern Johnson County in north central Texas... Northwestern Navarro County in north central Texas... * WHEN...Until 1230 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 942 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow moving thunderstorms stretching from Blum to Itasca to Italy to Rice. Radar estimates between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen in the past hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area in the next 1 to 2 hours. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Italy, Itasca, Grandview, Maypearl, Bardwell, Blum, Alma, Covington, Carl's Corner, Bardwell Lake, Parker, Rice, Milford, Retreat, Emhouse, Five Points, Forreston and Lovelace.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
