* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Callahan County in west central Texas... Northwestern Coleman County in west central Texas... Northeastern Runnels County in west central Texas... Southeastern Taylor County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 615 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 510 PM CDT, radar showed a cluster of slow-moving thunderstorms with heavy rain over southwest Callahan, southeast Taylor, far northeast Runnels and far northwest Coleman Counties. Movement was slowly to the south at 10 mph. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding, mainly in low-lying areas or areas with poor drainage. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
