Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central and eastern Mason County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 615 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 314 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Amounts from 1 to 2 inches, with isolated totals of over 2 inches have already fallen. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mason, Art, Hedwigs Hill, Grit and Koockville. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings... Vater crossing Hasse Creek, Old Pontotoc crossing Little Willow Creek, Old Junction crossing Honey Creek, Peters Creek crossing Peters Creek, Keyserville crossing and Mason-Llano crossing. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
