* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Fannin County in north central Texas... Lamar County in north central Texas... * WHEN...Until 800 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 453 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Paris, Bonham, Reno, Leonard, Honey Grove, Blossom, Savoy, Ector, Roxton, Trenton, Dodd City, Ravenna, Crockett Lake, Coffee Mill Lake, Sumner, Lake Gibbons, Lake Crook, Pat Mayse Lake and Lake Bonham.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
