Description:
At 1107 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles southeast of Norton to 11 miles east of
Pennington Gap. Movement was southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Kingsport, Bristol Tn, Bristol Va, Gate City, Weber City, Walnut
Hill, Colonial Heights, Spurgeon, Church Hill, and Mount Carmel.
