- At 609 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.

Jonesville, Pennington Gap, St. Charles, Rose Hill, Kyles Ford,
Pattonsville, Ewing and Dryden.
