Description:
At 224 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Nemo, or 13
miles northwest of Rapid City, moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Two inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect damage
to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.
Locations impacted include...
Nemo, Silver City and Pactola Reservoir.
Instruction:
Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing
dangerous hail.
