Description:
At 514 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Sheridan Lake,
or 9 miles northeast of Hill City, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Golf ball size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect damage
to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles.

Siding around 515 PM MDT.
Rockerville, Keystone and Mount Rushmore National Memorial around
520 PM MDT.
This includes Interstate 90 in South Dakota between Mile Markers 61
and 62.
Instruction:
Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing
dangerous hail.
This storm is producing large quantities of hail. Driving through
deep hail is like driving on slushy roads. Slow down and do not brake
suddenly.
