Northwestern Brown County in northeastern South Dakota... * Until 915 PM CDT. * At 836 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from near Long Lake to over Cravens Corner, or along a line from 14 miles northwest of Leola to near Ipswich, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and small hail. SOURCE...Trained spotters reported. At 829 PM CDT, a 70 mph wind gust was measured 2.6 miles north northeast of Hosmer. IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. * This severe thunderstorm will be near...
