Description:
At 702 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles southeast of Laurens, moving southwest at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Laurens, Ware Shoals, Waterloo, Clinton, Cross Hill, Lake Greenwood,
Coronaca, and Mountville.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
