Description:
At 651 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles west of Laurens, or 7 miles southwest of Gray Court, moving
south at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Laurens, Greenwood, Ware Shoals, Due West, Gray Court, Donalds,
Cokesbury, Waterloo, Hodges, and Lake Greenwood.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
