At 111 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Red Bank, moving northeast at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Lexington, Cayce, Red Bank, Oak Grove, South Congaree, Pine Ridge,
Gaston, SC State Farmer's Market, Columbia Metro Airport, Pelion,
Gilbert, Lexington County Airport At Pelion, Peachtree Rock, Edmund,
Thor, Barr Lake, and Red Bank Sports Complex.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 20 in South Carolina between mile markers 44 and 58.
Interstate 26 between mile markers 113 and 116.
Interstate 77 near mile marker 0.
