Description: 
At 830 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles southwest of Gaffney to 3 miles south of Spartanburg to 9 miles east of Greenville Downtown. Movement was southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Spartanburg, Gaffney, Union, Mauldin, Taylors, Simpsonville, Five Forks, Fountain Inn, Woodruff, and Duncan.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM EDT for Upstate South Carolina.
