At 241 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Murrells Inlet, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Surfside Beach, Garden City, Murrells Inlet, Burgess, Litchfield
Beach, and Waccamaw Community Hospital.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
