Description:
* WHAT...North winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots and
waves 2 to 3 feet expected on Lake Moultrie.
* WHERE...Lake Moultrie.
* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 2 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on Lake Moultrie will create
hazardous conditions for small craft.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Minor lakeshore erosion and some overwash due
to significant wave action is possible along the southern portions
of the lake, including Pinopolis, Lions Beach and Short Stay.
Instruction:
Boaters on Lake Moultrie should use extra caution since strong winds
and rough waves can overturn small craft.
