* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Colleton County in southeastern South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 852 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with torrential rainfall over Edisto Beach. One to 2 inches of rain have already fallen and an additional 1 to 2 inches could fall through 930 PM, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Edisto Beach and Edisto Beach State Park.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
