* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Charleston County in southeastern South Carolina... Colleton County in southeastern South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 434 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with torrential rainfall extending from Canadys to near Smoaks and extending south to Jacksonboro. A quick 1 to 3 inches of rain could fall in this area through 6 PM, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Walterboro, Cottageville, Smoaks, Williams, Round O, Ritter, Canadys, Ashepoo, Jacksonboro and Ruffin.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
