* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Bamberg County in central South Carolina... West Central Orangeburg County in central South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 837 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Radar estimates between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Instruction:
