* WHAT...Southeast winds 30 to 35 kt with gusts up to 50 kt near
the center and seas 4 to 8 ft.
* WHERE...Sabine Lake, Calcasieu Lake, Coastal waters from
Cameron LA to High Island TX out 20 NM, Coastal waters from
Intracoastal City to Cameron LA out 20 NM and Coastal waters
from Cameron LA to High Island TX from 20 to 60 NM.
* WHEN...This evening into tomorrow.
* IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds and hazardous seas will
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
