* WHAT...Winds 20 to 25 knots. Gusts up to 45 knots in
rainbands. Seas 3 to 5 ft, occasionally higher.
* WHERE...Coastal waters from High Island to Freeport TX out 20
NM and Waters from High Island to Freeport TX from 20 to 60 NM.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds and hazardous seas can
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
