* WHAT...North winds 35 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas
13 to 18 ft expected.
* WHERE...The offshore waters from Oregon Inlet to Cape Lookout.
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or
damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
