seas 13 to 17 ft.
* WHERE...Moriches Inlet NY to Montauk Point NY out 60 nm, and
Sandy Hook NJ to Inlet NY from 20 to 60 nm.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or
damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
