16 to 21 ft.
* WHERE...Waters from Fenwick Island DE to Chintoteague VA from
20 to 60 NM, Waters from Chincoteague VA to Parramore Island
VA from 20 to 60 NM and Waters from Parramore Island VA to
Cape Charles Light VA from 20 to 60 NM.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or
damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
