15 to 20 ft.
* WHERE...Waters from Parramore Island VA to Cape Charles Light
VA from 20 to 60 NM.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or
damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should remain in port, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
