Description:
At 619 PM AST, Doppler radar was tracking showers and strong gusty
winds across the western interior of Puerto Rico, from Adjuntas to
Mayaguez.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
San Sebastian, Lares, Anasco, Las Marias, Mayaguez, Hato Arriba,
Maricao, Juncal and Espino.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
