* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Cabo Rojo County in Puerto Rico... Hormigueros County in Puerto Rico... Sabana Grande County in Puerto Rico... San German County in Puerto Rico... * WHEN...Until 745 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 550 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area.
