or over Wilkes-Barre, moving southeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Falls, Hazleton, Muhlenberg, Dunmore,
Kingston, Nanticoke, Plains, and Old Forge.

building.
Heavy rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash
