Description:
At 347 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Walnut Bottom to St. Thomas, moving southeast at 30
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Chambersburg, Shippensburg, Guilford, St. Thomas, Fayetteville, Mount
Holly Springs, Scotland, Marion, Fort Loudon, Aspers, Walnut Bottom,
and Pine Grove Furnace.
This includes Interstate 81 from mile markers 10 to 38.
Instruction:
Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
