* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northeastern Cambria County in central Pennsylvania...
Southwestern Clearfield County in central Pennsylvania...
* WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations continues early this evening. Numerous
roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 517 PM EDT, emergency management reported continued flooding
across parts of the area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have
fallen, although little additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Blandburg, Prince Gallitzin State Park, Irvona, Coalport,
Westover, Burnside, Glen Hope, Newburg and New Washington.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
