* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Fayette, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of
Westmoreland, Higher Elevations of Indiana, and Westmoreland
Counties.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
