At 615 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Warren South, or near Warren, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Warren, Russell, Scandia, Warren South, Kinzua Dam and Starbrick.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a building.
