* WHAT...Heat index values up to 104 expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania. * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High temperatures will be well into the 90s and may hit 100 degrees. Heat index values will be even higher. While temperatures will remain hot on Saturday, they should be a couple of degrees lower.
Instruction: 
Drink plenty of fluids, stay out of the sun, and stay in an air-conditioned room. Review heat safety and preparedness information at weather.gov/safety/heat.
