Description:
* WHAT...Heat index values up to 104 expected.
* WHERE...Crawford, Northern Erie, and Southern Erie Counties.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses. The prolonged nature of the heat event with little
overnight relief through the week will increase impacts to
vulnerable populations.
Instruction:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
