Breezy northwesterly to northerly winds coupled with very low relative humidity and dry fuels will facilitate conditions conducive to wildfire spread Wednesday. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 700 Central Mountains of Oregon. * TIMING...From 11 AM to 9 PM PDT Wednesday. * WINDS...Northwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 8 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
