At 408 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Elgin, or 17 miles north of La Grande, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Elgin and Summerville.
This includes the following highways...
Highway 82 between mile markers 17 and 24.
Highway 204 between mile markers 24 and 40.
