Echo, or 11 miles southeast of Hermiston, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Hermiston, Stanfield, and Echo.
This includes the following highways...
Highway 395 between mile markers 8 and 12.
Interstate 84 between mile markers 186 and 199.
