* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Carter, Comanche, Cotton, Garvin, Jackson, Jefferson, Love, Murray, Stephens and Tillman and northern Texas, including the following counties, Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman, Knox, Wichita and Wilbarger. * WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms will produce locally heavy rainfall across areas which have seen several inches of rain over the past week. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
