extending from 4 miles southwest of Hardy to 4 miles northwest of
Marland. Movement was east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
around unsecured objects.
