* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following county, Creek. * WHEN...Until 230 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1120 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Two to three inches of rainfall has fallen across portions of the area. - Additional rainfall of 0.5 and 1 inch is expected. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bristow... Kellyville... Depew... Shamrock... Milfay...
