* At 713 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Washington,
or near Coolville, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Parkersburg, Belpre, Vienna, Lubeck, Washington, Mineralwells,
Blennerhassett, Walker, Davisville, Rockport, and Little Hocking.

Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 158 and 177.
Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 16.
Instruction:
