* At 628 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles southeast of Racine to 6 miles north of
Milton, moving east at 65 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Ripley, Spencer, Buffalo, Arnoldsburg, Kenna, Leon, Millstone,
Statts Mills, Given, Kentuck, Liberty, Ashton, Cottageville, Left
Hand, Fairplain, Mount Alto, Harmony, Tariff, Southside, and
Walton.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 79 between mile markers 27 and 31.
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 119 and 144.
Instruction:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 AM EDT for southeastern
Ohio...and central, western, north central and northwestern West
Virginia.
