* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following
counties, Morgan and Washington and northern West Virginia,
including the following counties, Doddridge, Pleasants, Ritchie and
Tyler.
* WHEN...From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected in the vicinity
of a front. Locally heavy rainfall could result in instances
flash flooding.
