IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include... Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, New Boston, Greenup, South Webster, Rosemount, Clarktown, Franklin Furnace, Sciotodale, Lucasville, Beaver, Rarden, Wakefield, Minford, Sciotoville, Mount Joy, Bear Creek, Stockdale, and Ladd.
